Passenger behavior or lack of behavior.
Rude passengers, crazy passengers, cell-phone-shouters, loud passengers discussing personal stuff. You can be as specific as you like: "Passenger (description) gets on at Manor Road and shouts in his/her cell phone".

every bus route has these idiots that scream on there cell phones, and ya know its a little too loud when you can hear them above your ipod.... asking them to kick it down a notch doesnt work, so maybe one day i will get out of my seat and smack the S*&^ out of the person.... oh and we have the ones that juggle there cup of coffee while looking for a seat when it clearly states no drinks....
